Natale Ghent is an award-winning journalist and author. She holds a Specialized Honours degree in English Literature from the University of Guelph. She also studied communications at the University of California, San Diego. Natale lives in Toronto with her husband and daughter.

Airborn is a fictional adventure story set in the past, about a young boy who works on an airship, his friend, and an uncharted island and the mysteries they find there. It thought it was interesting how Mr. Oppel recreated the past to put airships in his book, and yet in the story, made it seem as if it was real. -- Lena
